Abstract
The need to articulate and identify outcomes from health visiting services has been recognized for many years. Early challenges about underlying theory and suitable research methods are beginning to be overcome. Sarah Cowley explains the linear process that helps to identify evidence-based practice and outcomes for targeted prevention.
